About
Ronnie Withaeger.
A working CPA in Las Vegas. The founder of RNW CPAs, Launch Your Firm, and The Prosperity Society. An operator who builds, teaches, and invests — and who got tired of watching good people overpay on taxes for reasons they could have understood.
The story
How a CPA built a course he wishes someone had built for him.
Ronnie became a CPA the conventional way — accounting degree, license, big-firm experience. He launched RNW CPAs over a decade ago in Las Vegas and grew it to nearly seven figures serving professional services, medical, legal, real estate, restaurants, and investors.
Then he started Launch Your Firm — a coaching program for accountants who want to own their own practices instead of grinding inside someone else's. Vision. Route. Launch. The three phases that took him from new licensee to firm owner, packaged so other CPAs could skip the lessons that almost broke him.
And along the way he started investing. Plunj Salt Lake with three longtime friends. Rocky Mountain Wingshak. Lotus House — the Las Vegas event venue. None of those were "asset class diversification." They were the natural extension of being a CPA who actually uses the strategy he teaches.
"Most people pay too much in taxes not because the law is unfair, but because nobody ever taught them the questions to ask. The Prosperity Society is what I wish someone had handed me at twenty-five."
— Ronnie Withaeger, founder
Why this exists
The questions clients ask once a year. Answered every day.
Running a CPA practice taught Ronnie something most CPAs already know but rarely say out loud: most people only think about taxes once a year. By the time they ask the right question, the year is already closed and the moves are already locked in.
The Prosperity Society moves the conversation forward. Same questions. Same answers. Same strategy. But on demand, twelve months a year, in a way that costs less than a single hour with a CPA.
It's not a substitute for a CPA. It makes you a better client of whatever CPA you work with. Members regularly tell us their accountant said "good question — most of my clients don't ask that." That's the entire point.
