Terms of use.

These terms govern your use of the The Prosperity Society website and membership, operated by The Prosperity Society LLC. By using the site or joining the membership, you agree to them.

Educational content only

The Prosperity Society provides educational content on tax, business, and financial topics. Nothing on this site or inside the membership is individualized tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice, and no professional-client relationship is created. For guidance specific to your situation, work with a licensed CPA, attorney, or financial advisor.

No guarantee of results

Tax laws and financial circumstances vary by individual and change over time. We make no guarantee of any particular financial, tax, or business outcome from the information provided.

Membership & billing

Memberships are billed in advance at the rate shown at checkout and renew automatically each term unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your member dashboard; your access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for. We may change pricing for future terms with reasonable notice.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied, contact us at hello@theprosperitysociety.com and we'll work with you in line with the refund terms presented at the time of purchase.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Membership access is for your personal use and may not be shared.

All course content, written materials, and downloadable resources are the property of The Prosperity Society LLC and are licensed to members for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, resale, or use to create derivative works is not permitted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
