What we collect

When you subscribe to our newsletter, request our free guide, contact us, or join the membership, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, and anything else you submit on a form. As you use the site, we also collect basic, privacy-respecting usage data (such as pages visited) through first-party analytics.

For paid memberships, payment is processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We never receive or store your full payment card details.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver the resources you requested, create and manage your membership, send educational and account-related communications, respond to inquiries, and improve our content and services. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share information only with the vendors that help us operate — for example, payment processing (Stripe), our email and customer-relationship tools, and our hosting and security providers. These providers process your data only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account or subscription is active, or as needed to provide the resources you requested and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link at the bottom of every message. You may also email hello@theprosperitysociety.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

Cookies + analytics

We use minimal first-party analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this domain.

Children

This site and membership are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last Updated" date above, and we'll communicate material changes where appropriate.
